How to perform the exercise correctly:

  • Keep your hips up and in a neutral position during the entire exercise.
  • Keep you feet facing straight ahead.
  • Place the ball on your upper back not on the back of your neck.
  • Keep your upper arms parallel to the floor do not let them drop.
  • Bring your arms down wide do not let the weights fall medially (towards middle).
